Guest guest
in following the IE approach, i'm having trouble determining when i'm comfortably full--although i can definitely tell when i'm stuffed, which seems to be the only signal i feel in my stomach to stop eating. and you know all the different feelings being overstuffed brings to the surface i experience hunger in my head not my stomach. when i'm hungry, i usually start feeling a bit lightheaded or get a light headache--but when it comes to feeling comfortably full my head doesn't work the same. the lightheadedness or headache practically disappears with the first bite of food (if i don't wait too long to eat), and there isn't a point at which it tells me " ok we are full now, stop eating. " unfortunately, the only thing i really feel in my stomach is when i have over done it. i feel that i'm always in a " stuffed " state even when i don't eat very much. any suggestions on how to handle this??
