i have a hard time pin-pointing satisfaction,too. i always worry

that im over-doing it. i usually get lightheaded too instead of

feeling that my stomach is empty. is it possible to actually BE

satisfied by one-two bites?? maybe that's they key-although i'm

feeling discouraged if that is really the case
