Am I eating enough?

Hi,

I'm brand new to IE. I have the book on hold at the library, but I am

somewhat familiar with the process because I have read Overcoming

Overeating.

I am 5'6 " " and weight about 132. I realize that I'm not overweight

but have a very unhealthy relationship with food and binge often

before going by on another strange eating program. When I only eat

when I am hungry, and stop when I'm satisfied, I find that I eat so

little food. I know this is commom as a person comes to realize how

little food their body may really need, but I feel like I'm not

getting enough. Is this common in the beginning and does that feeling

eventually taper off?
