Guest guest
Alice, The key is to always have stuff from the Foods to Enjoy List around. Eat before you get hungry to keep your insulin level stable in Ph 1. As long as you are using the list, it's ok to eat until you are satisfied (not stuffed.) If you need a bit more, eat more. You will probably see your capacity diminish over time. Good luck to you! RE: Re: Sugar Free Angel Food Cake Hi, I’ve been lurking, but now I have questions….You’re never hungry??? Why am I staying hungry? What do people do when they get hungry? I’ve started several times on phase 1, but invariably after a day or two or three I get hungry and don’t have anything “approved” around, so I end up eating something I shouldn’t. Am I allowed unlimited things when I get hungry? I seem to just feel very unsatisfied by the afternoon when I stay on the phase one foods...what’s up with this? Any advice? It's saying a lot for the diet if I'm never hungy doesn't it?Thanks!Blondie> Blondie- wondering here if you arent eating enough?
