I don't know who sent this link to the group, but it has helped me tremendously.

I have problems with memory also. I had lists all over, would think of something

I needed, or needed to do and by the time I found my list it was gone from my

head. Now I just come to the computer and post a note on it. If I need it when I

go out I print off a copy to keep on my person.

It does not help with the every day chores though. I will think, I need to get

the clothes out of the dryer, go in to the laundry room and forget why I'm

there, see something else and do it, then much later the clothes will come to

mind and I have to repeat dryer, dryer, dryer to myself till I get there or it

will be gone again. I do lots of wandering around the house aimlessly.

Another problem is driving. I will totally forget where I am or where I'm going

or have I been here before. It feels strange and scary at the same time. Usually

takes a few seconds until I realize my surroundings and go on, but still is

scary.
