so if there is a ten percent error, your saying it can be either ten percent

better or worse? for example if mine read 110 i could be 11 points less or

more then that, and if this is the case, how do i know, if i am doing okay,

if i am at 110 each meal, and lets say for auguement sake, i am ten percent

more then that, then that would put me above 120 correct, so do you have to

account for that, or do i just keep on the way i am.
