Well folks, I gotta tell ya... I think the good MT library needs BOTH.

Here's an example. I'm sitting here transcribing a bronchoscopy with wedge

resection, and the doc says, " A " toofeyay " rib retractor was used.. " I had

no clue how to spell " toofeyay " , so I looked in Vera under retractor.. no

luck. I got out my Tessier and looked under retractor, and guess what? I

found it :) It's Tuffier. Tessier has 21 pages of retractors compared to

about 1 1/2 columns of retractors.. Not only that, Tessier lists a

" Bookwalter retractor " but the correct spelling is Buchwalter. From my 14

years experience I can tell you that I think you should get both if you can

afford it, and use Tessier first, and then if it's something that's new and

that's why it's not in there, or if you want to know definitions, use Vera

Pyle. Just my opinion. :)
