Whatever I happen to eating that week. I have tried Kashi Go Lean (not

the Crunch because I think there are too many carbs in that, but it's

good!), Total Protein, and Fiber One. They're all good. With Fiber

One, you may need to add a little extra Equal because it's a little

bland, but edible.
