The book is called "Parting the Fog" and yes, it's about FMS and CFS - it is by no means as good as your book recommendation (which i would still whole-heartedly agree: it is THE FMS BIBLE!). Anyway - i'm not done reading it - although it's a very short book, i'm very slow to read these days.... (gotta read lines over and over sometimes for anything to sink in....)
