Guest guest
Even though I have responded with some basic info on WW, I also have to say that, in my opinion, attempting to count points AND making sure that what foods you are eating are within the guidelines of SB would really seem to make this way more difficult than it needs to be. I guess that the one thing that drew me to SB is that you DON'T have to be anal about journaling, counting, etc. Follow the list of foods, eat until you are satisfied and live life. Ü (Kind of like trying to get rid of hiccups by standing on your head, drinking a glass of warm water AND have someone come up behind you and scare you... Will the hiccups be gone or will you have fallen over and smashed your favorite lamp?) > -----Original Message----- > From: Ljuliaanne@... > > In a message dated 3/17/2004 10:34:38 AM Eastern Standard Time, > robyn212201@... writes: > > > I'm confused.
