Letter to NACO. Re; Chattisgarh , Madhya Pradesh and Andaman SACS

NACO, New Delhi

Madam,

We have been recieving very disturbing news from Chattisgarh , Madhya Pradesh

and Andaman regarding no work from SACS (as per the following e mail messages)

We will be very grateful if you could kindly intervene and see that the Fight

against HIV does not suffer due to some wrong decisions.As people working on HIV

/ AIDS issues since the last so many years we are very concerened when we get

such e mails.

Even today all the focus is on High prevalance states while many of the

Northern Indian States and the BIMARU states are not getting enough attention.

Can NACO come out with a comparision of What work we have been doing

in High Risk State to what work we have been doing in the low

prevealance State .

It is the need of the Hour that NACO should intervene and do something so that

these non performing SACS at least start working.
