Is Tomato Sauce Allowed in Phase 1?

Can anyone please tell me if tomato sauce is allowed in Phase 1. I

use Contadina, and it only has 1 g. sugar and 6 g. carb.

Debbie, I believe tomatoes and tomato sauces are allowed, but strictly

limited (Phase I). IIRC, there is a limit for example on how many cherry

tomatoes you can eat per day when on Phase I.
