RE: Naked on School Bus

I need HELP.I had a 3.5 hour IEP this morning and I've been crying ever since. In September I got a note from my daughters teacher saying my daughter came off the bus through the emergency exit naked in front of the school. I called for an immediate meeting. I wanted a 1-1 attendent for her on the bus. She had broken her glasses and the wire to her cochlear device several times and I felt the bus attendent was not doing her job. We had an emergency meeting and decided to reconvene in a few days so they could hire someone as a1-1. When we came back they decided to try "social stories" instead of a 1-1. Last Tuesday I was called to pick my daughter up because of bus behavior. The school aid told me she was naked again. I called the abuse hotline because my kid was being neglected and when I picked he

r up from school the next day ( I refused to allow her back on the bus) there were 3 police cars at the school. I have made calls all week. We had her IEP this a.m. and although the bus issue is now resolved (she seems to now have her own private bus and aid) they now want to put her in a "center". I'm afraid for her. She is tiny, at 9 wears a 7 yr old. She is beautiful (men react to her all the time in public and I take no credit for her looks, I adopted her). I am beside myself. The center has very agressive kids. I feel the school is retaliating for my call to the hotline. I can't afford to hire an attorney. I need Help.
