Hi all,

I have had such a lonely day today, it's all I could do not to call Tim at work and ask him to come home or talk to me on the phone just for a minute, but I have to be more mature than that so I talked myself into being a big girl, but its all I can do to wait until and Tim get home, I am usually more independent than that, but have been home couped up more than usual, and my sister just had her second surgery and she has to have a home care nurse for two weeks from a staff infection from a hernia operation, I had her kids for a week, but they have to go home now since their school is back in session starting monday, I kept my niece with me till the weekend. ( she is 12) she is such a good kid, all of my sisters childern are adopted with special needs, , the one I kept all week is the one who has just grown and changed into this really neat person who I love dearly, she came to us when she was 9 and she was on prozac and some other meds. (foster care gets more money for kids if they need medication) anyway she used to fall asleep in class wet herself all the time , stay in corners and pout and not participate in anything. My sister took her off all of the meds and now she is an A student and has no more wetting problems, she laughs and smiles all the time, she writes stories and draws too, she has so much talent , I am an artist also so her and I paint together. She is just getting so beautiful inside and out . Today when I fell asleep on the couch, she covered me up with her blanket and was holding my hand, she thought I was asleep but I was just dozing. What a special moment for me. I felt so much better then. Hope all of you have a pain free day,
