Hi How is everyone doing? The post are sounding so possitive. I haven't

had time to respond to any post but I have been reading them. I don't know

about exercising everyday BUT I did make a goal for me.....Monday, Tuesday,

and Wednsday I am going to do some kind of exercise like my tae bo tape and

then on Thursday and Friday I walk with my friend. On the weekends we

usually do hunting or fishing or I take a walk with the kids and weiner dogs

so I am going to leave the weekends alone. That is family time and we

usually do some kind of exercise anyways. For November I want to:

~Drink more water....I have been slipping.

~Eat less sweets.....between Halloween and not drinking Mountain Dew again I

have been really wanting the sweets.

~Keep to my Exercise plan above....been good at the walking part but nothing

on the days me and my friend don't walk.

~Keep my weight at the least maintained if NOT lower.

I seen there was a few new people and I just want to say welcome and take it

one day at a time...that is the best we can do...take it one minute at a

time if you have too...I know there are days I have to take it one second at

a time, just to fight the urge or to make myself do something. And yes I

fail but just start where you left off and keep going. Soon you will have

it down. You will fail less and less.

185/170/137~~~this will change...I was not very good last week But I did get

back under 170 but since I don't officially weight til sunday. I am leaving it

at 170.
