Dear FORUM,

Thanks a lot to Govt.Of West Bengal for their Right decision in

Right Time.

I would like to remind our Govt. as a Citizen Living with HIV about

the policy towards interlinked balance of different parts, which

have crucial role in implementation and impact of Awareness,

Prevention, Care and Support Programs to make success National Aids

Control Program.

In future,I would like to expect such user's friendly IEC Initiatives from the

topmost responsible professionals for awareness, which can help our society, to

absorb the Stigma around

HIV with a brotherly attitude towards infected one. It can be done

very easily by the promotion of Rights and Responsibilities

mentioning the common link of HIV in respect of Health Security in

any Human Life.
