Guest guest
Hi everyone, I am new to the list and am about to begin phase one of the South Beach Diet. I have a silly question, does anyone have any breakfast recommendations that are no eggs? I can't stand them but need to eat a good breakfast as I am still nursing my youngest. BTW, I am 36, married for 5 years and have two children (3 1/2 and 13 months). I am looking to lose 25-30 pounds and hope that this diet is the answer. Thanks for the input, Chris
Guest guest
If you are breastfeeding, you shouldn't be doing Phase I. > Hi everyone, > > I am new to the list and am about to begin phase one of the > South Beach Diet. Guest guest
You can have anything you want for breakfast, as long as it's on the Foods to Enjoy list. Make sure you have plenty of protein and if you don't eat veggies at breakfast, you should get at least 5 cups a day. I understand that if you are nursing, you may go on to Ph 2 immediately. Good luck to you! New to the list Hi everyone,I am new to the list and am about to begin phase one of the South Beach Diet. The South Beach Diet teaches you to rely on the right carbs and the right fats-the good ones-and enables you to live quite happily without the bad carbs and bad fats.
