Guest guest
any sea food, baked or raw, is 100% low carb. I.E no breaded sea food since it is higher in carbs. Eat lots of salad and baked fish, baked any sea food, and try to eat sea food with out breading. I.E cold shrimp etc. are all nearly 0 grams of carbs since it is meat. If your still hungry fill up on some salad but watch the type of dressing you use. I.E use oil/vinegar or Italian instead of sweet and sour or raspberry vinaigrette since those have sugar in them. Stay away from the breads, sweets, and stuff like that. However, there is tons of great sea food you can eat and plenty of various types of salads to try so have fun! Guest guest
Hi, I have been on several cruises. They usually have low, fat and low carb choices on the menu. It is just very hard to keep away from those hgh carb desserts! they do have what they call sugar free desserts-but that, by no means, means carb free. I would just usually have one bite of my husband's dessert! Cruises are nice as you can have just the entree and if you want more veggies or salad instead of potatoes, reice etc., yu can ask for them. business cruise Hi All, At the end of august my wife and I are going on a business cruise. Can anyone give me some guidelines on what I should and shouldn't have to eat. Any help would be apreciated. thanks, Regards, Metzler Outta Sight Travel, Inc. Guest guest
you can eat other sorts of meats. I.E chicken, steak, prime rib, any meat is low carb if not breaded and toss in a non-carb veggie with it such as green beans, broccoli, asparagus, spinach, Brussels sprouts, etc. and a nice tossed salad and your good to go. It's not that you cannot eat any carbs, have a slice of bread or 1 roll to complete the above mentioned meal. So, steak, 1 roll, green beans, and a huge salad and there you have it. You can mix/match stuff like that all the time. I.E for breakfast, have eggs/bacon/sausage, all low carb/meats, and 1 slice of bread and no home fries etc. typically, 1 slice of any bread/roll is 15 grams of carbs so try to limit your meals to 1 slice of bread or roll and if you don't want that, limit the high carbs you eat at each meal. I.E fruit, fruit juices, rice, corn, peas, french fries, potatos, pasta, noodles, etc. Regards, business cruise > > > > > > > Hi All, > > > > > > At the end of august my wife and I are going on a business cruise.
