The sugar that is reported in the nutrition info is sugar that occurs naturally in the dairy products. The ones I get have 45 calories per bar, and 0 fat or *maybe* 1g fat. (can't remember) The low-carb ice cream can get you, because it often *does* still have sugar, and it is often full of nasty fat. I looked at some 'sugar free' ice cream the other day that had *18g* of fat in a 1/2 cup serving!! Geesh. You should have no problem finding the " No Sugar Added " fudgsicles.
