Guest guest
Nothing at Baja Fresh is GF. I contacted them through email and they responded saying due to the variety of manufacturers who send them indredients and the danger of cross contamination, they can't guarantee ANYTHING is gluten free. I've stopped eating there completely because of this. It's a shame, because that was my favorite take out restaurant. Try Chipotle if they are in your city. They cook their corn products in dedicated fryers and have some great GF choices. They confirmed this with an email to me as well. paul > This questions may seem silly, BUT I understand that the corn > tortilla's at Baja Fresh are GF. My question is about cross > contamination. Guest guest
Thank you for the answer. What about La Salsa? I would really like to start picking up corn quesadilla's, fajitas, etc, but am very nervous about this issue. Thanks again. > > This questions may seem silly, BUT I understand that the corn > > tortilla's at Baja Fresh are GF. My question is about cross > > contamination.
