keto cookies

kelly- these are really fragile cookies - I wrap mine in tin foil but even then I have never gotten them to last more then 24hours. i now make 1/2 batch just for that reason. Because they are meringues they come out better in the cold weather also, less humidity,

I don't think you cooked them long enough. Make sure they are crispy.

Also, make sure they have completely cooled before storing them. But,

they store very well in tuperware type containers.

I don't think you cooked them long enough. Make sure they are crispy.

The recipe I have calls for the two egg whites but the whole box of jello

and a whole teaspoon of cream of tarter, bake at 350* for 10 minutes. I

keep them in the fridge. Ariane (Dillon,5, keto kookie lover)
