RE: Frozen Turkeys

PLEASE come to my house and relieve me of some of these turkeys! They

reintroduced them in Maine and we are over run with the dang things. I saw a

tom outside my window one day with 40 hens and 2 jakes following him. And

aren't they ugly!

Thanks. It does make you think about what you’re eating and how it is handled.

The flesh has to be safely separated from all the inedible parts of the animal.

And that ain’t pretty no matter how it’s done.

necessary to be involved in the

entire process rather than just " buy and eat " without knowing anything about how

Always have...as long as you remember to take it out of the freezer way

ahead of time to thaw in the refrigerator (which has not always been the

case for me).

No, we don't save thyme in a bottle. If you start that you could end up keeping

it in there until eternity passes away.

Some people will have no idea what we are talking about!
