I have one for motorcycling, one for photography, one for unrelated creativity, one for nutrition education, and one for the crazy things that happen to dietitians and dietetic technicans in our profession. Also some of you know that I have an interest in food history, food culture, and interesting food facts. I do plan on working on a master's degree, when and if this economy improves. Until then I have launched a blog to allow me to enjoy my interests. My newest blog is " Historia de Victuals " which means History of Food in Latin. I will be adding to this blog periodically and wanted to share it with you as well. Also, if you have anything of interest you would like to learn more about or have idea for this blog, please do not hesitate to contact me and I will be more than happy to write an installment about it. I love the new blog. I like the design, the relaxation I got reading it, and like you, share a passion for history, including that of foods. The name is so cool too.
