I am sure this will be good news for those members thinking about this procedure. Boring?? No Way! Ellen 69 NC (NSR on Dofetilide) ******************* (big snip) So I chose to stay at home. It's interesting - in the time I've been around this board, ablations have gone from a " possible " status to a now-and-reliable status. When I first got AF, they just about didn't exist - though Prof H was thinking about them then, no doubt (1995-7). Even to a chicken like me, your ablation experience sounds overwhelmingly positive. It would be great to be able to live a normal life, I'm thinking, and ablation may be the only way to achieve that if meds fail.
