When I stepped on the scale this morning, I lost the pound that I gained last week. So I guess I wasn't as bad as I thought I was. I'm glad that you're in the same boat as I am with the 22 points per day. It's not much is it? That's the thing.....the more weight you lose, the less calories it takes to maintain your weight and the less points you get. Well, I bought some of those WW Smart Ones GIANT Fudge Bars today and they only have ONE point! I haven't tried them yet though. Let's see, we can eat 22 of those in one day.
