**Grins evilly** Glad that your meds are kicking in. I love my meds.

Hope yours are as good as mine. **Winks teasingly**

Sure, the moderator has the ability to monitor and delete inappropriate

stuff. IF she wants to leave everyone on moderated status and go through

ALL the messages every day. **Sighs** I don't think that's something

that I would want to do, and I'm list mom to 5 different groups.

Inappropriate? I guess that's all in the eyes of the beholder. Somewhat

like beauty. Personally, I don't find it offensive, inappropriate or

terrible if someone decides to email an opinion, joke, cute story, etc.

to any group. Unless the list owner specifically states on the welcome

note, " Please do not post anything not pertaining to...... " whatever the

group is about, then I don't see where the problem is. Except in those

instances of, Spam gearing toward male anatomy enlargement, sex web

sites, yadda yadda yadda. LOL

Now I think I'll go take my meds. :)

I am struggling today as my lunch will be at 3.

Is there any Chinese food I can eat on Phase I?

Obviously, I'll order it without the rice, but I know

the place I go to does not use MSG. Their chicken is

breaded, so I'll eat either beef or shrimp, pending

breaded or not.

Thank you!

You should really be able to enjoy almost all chinese vegetables

that are related to something " american. " <Gawd, that is NOT at all

diverse!). Most Chinese food (no MSG) with chicken or bean curd

(tofu) would be fine. Skip the rice. Seafood is virtually always a

good choice.

In all honesty, you have to watch what might have sugar (read

fructose) content. I use this website....

http://www.nal.usda.gov/fnic/foodcomp/Data/SR16-1/wtrank/wt_rank.html

It is for the " USDA National Nutrient Database " . Wealth of

information! Take a gander.

OH! AND another thing....

I wish the moderator would get rid of this tagline! WOE is me for

having to constantly read it! (wink)
