Hope yours are as good as mine. **Winks teasingly** Sure, the moderator has the ability to monitor and delete inappropriate stuff. IF she wants to leave everyone on moderated status and go through ALL the messages every day. **Sighs** I don't think that's something that I would want to do, and I'm list mom to 5 different groups. Inappropriate? I guess that's all in the eyes of the beholder. Somewhat like beauty. Personally, I don't find it offensive, inappropriate or terrible if someone decides to email an opinion, joke, cute story, etc. to any group. Unless the list owner specifically states on the welcome note, " Please do not post anything not pertaining to...... " whatever the group is about, then I don't see where the problem is. Except in those instances of, Spam gearing toward male anatomy enlargement, sex web sites, yadda yadda yadda. LOL Now I think I'll go take my meds. Terri B. Guest guest
I am struggling today as my lunch will be at 3. Is there any Chinese food I can eat on Phase I? Obviously, I'll order it without the rice, but I know the place I go to does not use MSG. Their chicken is breaded, so I'll eat either beef or shrimp, pending breaded or not. Thank you! Guest guest
> Is there any Chinese food I can eat on Phase I? > You should really be able to enjoy almost all chinese vegetables that are related to something " american. " <Gawd, that is NOT at all diverse!). Most Chinese food (no MSG) with chicken or bean curd (tofu) would be fine. Skip the rice. Seafood is virtually always a good choice. In all honesty, you have to watch what might have sugar (read fructose) content. I use this website.... http://www.nal.usda.gov/fnic/foodcomp/Data/SR16-1/wtrank/wt_rank.html It is for the " USDA National Nutrient Database " . Wealth of information! Take a gander. Bob OH! AND another thing.... I wish the moderator would get rid of this tagline! WOE is me for having to constantly read it!
