PM, Please don't get depressed over this. Like Terri from Oregon said, " think of it in the health sense. " I was very strict in the phase 1 as well. Something that you might look at is drinking alot of water. I wen't from drinking no water before phase 1 to drinking anywere from 64 to 96 oz of water every day. That helps with weight loss because it helps flush out your system. Also, if your adding salt to some of your cooking, try getting away from that to other spices and herbs. Salt makes you retain water. I do hope this helps some and good luck.

I know you said that you started on Feb. 16th and have been going on a variation between Phase 1 and Phase 2. I also understand that as well. I did my 2 week Phase 1 thing, lost 11 lbs then I added " Lite 85 " yogurt with the fruit flavor into my diet one a day. That's my dairy because I hate white milk of any kind. Have you by chance, when getting that overwhelming feeling of your Final goal weight, stopped thinking of that and setting smaller goals. Then when you reach that goal weight make one more. Say, if you have 30 lbs to loose take it 5 lbs at a time? (( I personally have way more that 30 lbs to loose though so my little goals are larger than 5 lbs. I'm also only weighing once a month at my Dr's office. I go by how my cloths and I personally feel)) I have just decided I will not let my overweight > disrupt my life anymore than it already has.
