Guest guest Posted December 10, 2006 Report Share Posted December 10, 2006 I drank alot of wine with my friend last night because i was in a fight with my boyfriend (bad decisions). So today, feeling sick to my stomach, I know I overate. But somehow I was still in the IE mindset because it didnt turn into a binge as it usually would. Also, i'm sick and my throat really hurts, so I wanted some ice cream. Now, i know a sore throat is not hunger, but I let myself have it anyway. I had one wine-glass full, and now I really have no desire to eat any more ice cream-and theres still 2 boxes in the freeer, but i'm all set. In my diet days I would have eaten it until i was too full too move, this really help alot. I think over time i can slowly refine my eating to only eating between hunger and satisfaction, but I forgave myself today because i did have some successes.
