started because of a med like flagyl....I think meds can drain us of

our electrolytes and trace minerals.

Therefore I would like to tell you what I do when I think trouble is

coming my way....I take a banana, the white of a hard boiled egg,

some o.j.( 4 oz juice one oz hot water) or one cup of hot water,

one to two coral calcium pills and rest in my easy chair with my

legs up, no watching of tv. This has helped to get me out of afib

twice within a short time, and including going up and down the

steps twice vey slowly and doing a gentle cranking motion with my

arms while standing up (about twenty times) and armed with positive

thoughts it seems to stop the afib within 2-3 hours.

I continued to drink warm water(hydration)...and stayed away from

any stimulants like cold drinks, coffee, chocolate or big meals with

lots of fat. I ate some cooked veggies once afib stopped. I give

blood periodically to keep my blood thin.....l50ml donations weekly

for 3-4 weeks. Maybe the EP can help you this Thurs. I will say

a prayer to help you get out of afib very soon! Regards,Isabelle
