Length of THYCA treatment?

Hi everyone...

I'm sure someone has already asked this question but

how long are we followed for THYCA? I believe other

cancers are considered " cured " if no re-occurance is

identified after 5 years, but what about THYCA? If I

continue to have clean scans and low Thyroglobulin

levels, do the scans become less frequent? Will there

ever come a time when I DON'T have to go hypo once a

year? Does this five-year frame also apply to us?

3/10/01 TT after a positive final pathology

Hypoparathyroidism (.5 Rocaltrol/1500 mg calcium daily)

3/28/01 145 mCi RAI (without LID)
