WOW WOW WOW!!!

Good for you on your weight loss. I myself once weight 253# and lost

72 pounds (and kept it off for 7 years now with another program).

Right now I do Body For Life (another exercise & eating program) and

SBD together - started Phase 1 this past Monday trying to bust

through a very long (3 years) plateau at the same(-ish) weight.

Best to you in your journey. Keep you choices on Phase II simple!

Maybe oatmeal and some fruits? Try to stick with what I call *whole

foods*. Food that you can eat that is closest to their natural

state!!! Get your carbs from whole foods!

Good for you!

WOWWOWOWOW!!!! I am so impressed! CONGRATULATIONS!!!! You are an

inspiration. I started SBD at 290, and now weigh 261.5. Doesn't it

feel great??

I agree, it is time for you to go on to Phase 2. Just add one fruit,

and one whole grain, per day. Just stick with natural grains. Your

weight loss will slow down some, but that is fine. Phase 1 is not

meant to be followed forever. Just watch the fruit... you might find

certain fruits will trigger sugar cravings for you.

SO happy you are here! And, I'm with you.. I want to be HOT! I just

tease my DH that he is gonna have to get used to having a hot chick

on his arm. And, he (so sweet) will say... " What is there to get

used to? I have a hot chick now! " :o)

Good man. *hehe*

I look forward to getting to know you!
