Guest guest Posted November 10, 2002 Report Share Posted November 10, 2002 thanks i feel like i'm doing great, i did a lot of walking yesterday but real slow, i wanted to take it easy because i really felt it from the gym now that i know how to do it right, it really makes your muscles feel it when you are doing it the " right way " and not the way you " think " is the " right way " . lol. today didn't do much ,wasn't feeling good, so i failed our thanksgiving challenge but i'm thinking of it this way, i may not have excersized yet but i am resting so as not to lose my health. i want to stay healthy on my trip to reaching my goal. > > > I remember being right where your at. Guest guest Posted November 10, 2002 Report Share Posted November 10, 2002 , One day doesn't mean failed. I think most of us are just trying to do " something " everyday. It doesn't have to be much. I didn't do the tread yesterday but I did go to the mall and walked around there quite a bit so I think I did ok. Today I'm not going to do it either but we are going bowling and that is definitely exercise! When we go open bowling (not league) we bowl at least 4-5 games (each). Mike wants to practice because he has been struggling on league night. He think it's because he has only bowled on league night. I say it's just because he likes to bowl, lol. He has been working soo hard, such long hours that it will nice to just go do something fun. It's his only day off, if any. Well you keep up the good work. have a good day.
