Guest guest
Excellent advice. I keep an updated medical sheet with me at all times, one in my purse and we also keep one in each glovebox of the cars we drive. It lists my surgeries and the date of them, my meds w/dosage and which doc prescribed them, my allergies, my current list of doctors and my diagnosies. I've had numerous doctors and nurses thank me for having that list. Its a full page and I'm trying not to go to more than one page. lol

Guest guest
, I have one in my wallet too... I'm trying to figure a way to make it OBVIOUS if someone should need to find it. It's with my driver's license but it's behind it so they may not see it but what else can I do? I can't laminate it, it changes every 2 weeks or so.... Those who have a meds/doctor list, where do you keep it? RE: i get this little newsletter & thought it might be of interest to someone. Excellent advice. Guest guest
Print it out on bright paper, that might get their attention. I have mine folded and in my purse, and its on white paper. I guess I should use some neon colored paper. To bad we can't put all the info on a little chip and wear it on a braclet or something. lol

Guest guest
I carry a list of my meds in my purse so I can give my docs a copy anytime. I wear a Medic Alert bracelet, so medical personnel can access my medical info & docs in an emergency. -- RE: i get this little newsletter & thought it might be of interest to someone. Guest guest
Wow Jane. Now if all our docs would do that it would be so easy.
Guest guest
I just went back and reread what he said. I am so impressed with his thoroughness. Now if he can just play genius and figure out what is really wrong with me and make me better, I will be even more impressed.
