Guest guest
Hey Cy, This chick don't cook!! I was raised in an equal opportunity home; you're hungry you cook and clean for yourself. Why do you think poor Tim is losing so much weight here. I think Crystal needs to have you brush up on your chauvanistique ways (big smile) LyndaAt 10:46 AM 7/18/2004 -0500, you wrote: >Hey , >We gotta blame somebody and it might as well be you. Guest guest
Don't cook? Good grief, I have at least one teenager who is going to be in the same boat. I told my daughter, Candi, that when she got married she would need to find a house or apartment which was located between Burger King and Mcs otherwise she and her Honey would starve. I do cook because Crystal works the afternoon shift and is not home when supper comes along. By the way, Janelle, my fourteen year old threat to humanity went to Missouri yesterday and took fifth place in the Missouri State Junior Division Chili Cook Off. It was her first attempt at competition cooking. Way back in the early Sixties I owned and operated several small Greasy Spoon type restaurants in several small towns in Oklahoma. I started my career in the restaurant business when I was 8 as a pot washer. Common sense overcame me long about 1967 or so and I got into computer programming so I could make enough money to feed my family. I enjoy cooking and I usually use cast iron for the vast majority of my meat dishes. AT one point in time, many years ago, I was a licensed Chef. Most of my career I was the official fry cook. I love doing the breakfast run. Cy & Grady... Guest guest
I bet you are a good cook Cy. no doubt in my mind. Wish you lived closer I'd come over for you to cook me up a breakfast smile. Guest guest
, Of course you know it would be a low carb breakfast. (grin) My favorite type of cooking is on a camp fire. I worked with the Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts for more years than I care to count. I participated in several cooking seminars where we taught Dutch Oven cooking. Man, some of those dishes were m'm'm'm'm'm'm'm'm'm'm'good. A whole bunch of them would be just fine for a Diabetic to consume. A bunch wouldn't but we don't need to talk about them. While, generally speaking, my sons are better cooks than my daughters, I do have one daughter who could whip out a low carb meal, guaranteed. It is very doubtful that a burnt offering would contain many carbs. (big smile) I really, really, really like little meat balls cooked in a cast iron pot with mushrooms, onions, some garlic and a few other things. Stew prepared in a pot which is buried in a hole lined with hot coals and left most of the day is just flat hard to beat. Crud, now I am hungry. Cy & Grady... Guest guest
You're right there won't be any leftovers, especially if and I, have any say in it. I just came back from the island where I have a big garden, came home with a load of fresh very low carb veggies. I love to cook, so we need to have a get together so that we can show off our cooking skills. Recipes > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > I am glad is running out of recipes. I was a bad diabetic today and we went to IHOPs and I had hash browns and God were they great. LyndaAt 05:27 PM 7/18/2004 -0500, you wrote: >Don't cook?
