Guest guest
I'm not sure you are using the same mealplanner that I am. Mine was a free download and uses Excel. Is that what you're referring to? There are other ones..... my dietician uses one that you have to buy from s Hopkins. Patti mealplanner I got a copied disk of Mealplanner from my dietician for . She got it in 1998. Have there been many changes and improvements. I'm wondering if I should order a new one. Pam "The Ketogenic Diet....a realistic treatment option, NOT just a last resort!" Guest guest
Pam -- If you go to www.ketogenic.org, there's a whole list of resources. Near the bottom there's a link to an Excel spreadsheet. I believe it actually resides on the Stanford site. That's the one I use -- and the one I think many, if not most, of us here use.--D --- Pam wrote: > I got a copied disk of Mealplanner from my dietician > for . She got it in 1998. Guest guest
Go to www.ketogenic.org. Toward the bottom there are several links -- one is to download an Excel mealplanner. Guest guest
I tried to attach a copy of my ketoplanner. It is like the old one you have, but it has a few changes. I got it from a dad on the list about a year ago (sorry, don't remember his name). The main change is that it has a macro that will alphabetize the main food list. It has some other differences, but I've not used the old one in so long that I can't remember them. If my attachment didn't work (can't remember whether or not our list allows attachments), yell at me and I will send it to you privately. I don't have a copy of a blank ketoplanner, so you'll have to overlook all the meals set up in it.
