Guest guest
Deanna, I used to keep my food diary on a blog, but that got to be too much. So, now I have it in a notebook (and the notebook has my favorite cartoon character -- Garfield! -- on it, with him eating a giant sub, and saying " Eating is my life " . LOL) Anyway. I've gone ahead and created the journaling group, so if you haven't already, come on over! http://groups.yahoo.com/group/IE_Journalers This won't be a place where we actually *journal*, but a place to talk about journaling, and what's working/not working in our doing so. It's a place where we can learn what others journal about (what questions they ask themselves...) and hopefully it will help us to learn to be more in tune with our own selves. ) Jenn <>< --- Deanna wrote: I journal on my online blog, I seem to be back and forth on that, but lately I've started back with it more, since I've gotten my laptop and with my home situation worsening. I've kept food journals before, but like you, I always kind of leave out the feelings part of it, which I'm sure would make it easier and better for me. I would probably join into the journaling group if you started it. Guest guest
Cool. I'll have to decide if I can handle another group right now, but I'm pretty sure I can. Thanks for the invite. love, Deanna > I journal on my online blog, I seem to be back and forth on that, but > lately I've started back with it more, since I've gotten my laptop and > with my home situation worsening. > I've kept food journals before, but like you, I always kind of leave > out the feelings part of it, which I'm sure would make it easier and > better for me.
