Guest guest
Hi all, I would like to introduce myself to you all. Some of you may know me from the Moran 'dietsurvivors' which I joined months ago. Since then I have given the internet a rest when it came to posting but now I feel inspired to at least post some of the time again and through browsing the groups I found this new one. I'm from the Netherlands and I'm 27 years old. I have had an entire history of eating disorders, which are now in the past. My last episode of binging and purging must be over several years ago. I'm still into food and weight and all there is to it, when I'm not busy doing other things. I just consider it a part of my interests nowadays. I am still working on a better relationship with food and my body. I have also been to a dietitian which has helped me a great deal so far. I work at a sauna and am a beautician as well. I live together with my boyfriend and am happy with him. He has seen all my struggles for the past 6,5 years and only since a few months has it been so calm and relaxed between us, just because I am not in the fooddrama all the time. Even after giving up the binges I used to think oh I ate too much, I'm too fat and I'm not allowed to eat and I still do and all that sh*t I still feel that way sometimes and I will keep working on becoming better more healthy in that area. I don't need to lose weight, although I am greedy for more thinness. Sorry if I make errors in my language; you're always free to correct me so I will learn from you people...that is my goal here to learn from you all and myself ofcourse.
