For best results, you really need to stick to the meal plan. Giving a child

a whole hot do vs. 3/4 of one will substantially change the ratio.....you

will want to be careful about doing that. More hot dog will likely be more

fat....protein will come better from chicken, eggs, fish, etc. Just my

thoughts....
