Guest guest
it is not drug companies, it is stroke victoms and statistical research on those victoms that shows the cause of it... LDL being high and especially diabetic research/stroke victoms/heart attack victoms as shown that an LDL cholesterol of over 100 can cause strokes in diabetics. If your doc states an LDL of 117 to 130 is ok, and as long as it is under 130 you are ok, find a new doc they are obviously uneducated on diabetic research. Diabetics are not normal folks, thus, all of our levels have to be under the norm. I.E ldl of 100 or less. Guest guest
get on lipitor dude. that is way to high and is life threatening. once you get your sugars/a1c to 5.0 to 5.5 range, get off the lipitor/take a holiday from it and see if the LDL stays down.
