HISTORY: The patient really does not offer any particular complaints today. REVIEW OF SYSTEMS: He denies any acute symptoms. He has had no fever or chills. CARDIORESPIRATORY: He denies cough. GASTROINTESTINAL: His appetite has been good. Bowel function is satisfactory. O: Physical Exam: He is alert. Heart: regular. Lung: lung fields are clear. Abdomen: soft. Extremities: He does have his ___________(s/l cirkate) boots on, but he has an appointment to get his toenails done this morning and I do think that the boots need to be rewrapped - they are not on quite properly.
