Guest guest
Hi All, Can someone help with this. I am not sure that I have transcribe this properly. Thanks/ ELECTROCARDIOGRAM: The electrocardiogram shows a normal sinus rhythm and a rate of approximately 60. There is ST segment elevation in leads, I, II, III, F, V2 - V6. There is a PR elevation in AVR. Posterior, anterior and lateral chest shows no pericardial effusion or big heart silhouette.
Guest guest
Okay, just a few changes here. Leads I, II and III are correct, as is V2-V6. The F that is referred to is actually written as aVF, with other leads being aVL and aVR. I believe it should be P-R, as Stedman's Cardio/Pulmonary lists P-R interval and segment. The last sentence is actually the chest x-ray, rather than being a part of the EKG. Doc probably means posteroanterior and lateral chest x-ray shows... Hope that helps, Margaret >>> 06/10/01 11:00PM >>> Hi All, Can someone help with this. I am not sure that I have transcribe this properly.
