Guest guest
I have considered using a permanate marker to dot the painful areas on my body and then go see how closely they match the FM charts. I know where they are on me not for sure if I would match a total chart. But I can sure find um on me. Most hurting today and yesterday , wrists, elbows, shoulders, Hips, and pelvis, knees, ankles.....Wahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh Debidat93 wrote: > Ok am I off base, are the pressure points always in the same areaon each prson? While it is wonderful to share our experiences with everyone on the list as to what treatments do and don't work for us, pls always check with your dr. Some treatments are dangerous when given along with other meds as well as to certain health conditions or just dangerous in general.2. If you are in a difficult situation (doesn't matter what it is) pls don't be afraid to ask for help. It is the first step to trying to make that situation better.Have a nice day everyone.__________________________________________________

Guest guest
Hi, It's so funny how different we are. I for one love Acupressure massage. Of course you need a therapist who listens to you to have this type of massage done. For me, yes, it does hurt but it's a good kind of hurt. Does that make sense? Anyway, to each his/her own. Guest guest
Kathleen, it's called; "It hurts so good" - and i'm the same way. i can never get anyone to massage me hard enough - so i finally bought myself a "MA roller" (have u heard of it? it's just a very basic & simple wooden thing with 2 humps -- u don't roll on it, but just lay on it and let your body rest on it where u want the humps to DIG IN) - and oooooooh it sure can feel good - if it's not hard enough (i.e. laying on ur back on it), simply pull ur knees up and bring more of your body weight down on it. OUCH-AAAAHHHHHHHHHHhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh! aloooooooha! jaana Re: Re: Acupressure,....not !!!!!!!! Hi, It's so funny how different we are. I for one love Acupressure massage.
