Guest guest
It would be difficult but possible, if you base your book on " general " info. Sadly, too many people aren't aware of the inflammatory process going on with these clients (crohn's esp) and that what is triggering their symptoms is very individualized. However, I think, like IBS, you could provide enough info to help some clients. Many are not aware of the roles of VItamin D or fish oils, etc, etc. Happy to help, as always. I would like to get some feedback about the diet end of these disorders. Is it possible to put a book together that deals mainly with " what to eat " for these? What would your ideas be? Wondering if it is possible? Thanks! Kim Tessmer, RD LD
