Guest guest
I would go see the doc. better safe than sorry. I have my right ovary hurting for 5 days now and it started after I started walking with my friend ...don't think it is because of the walking but I made an appointment. Guest guest
Tammy It actually does happen to me once in awhile too. I don't know if its normal but I figure it is just because our bodies are not very use to the strain of exercising but if you feel better getting it checked out go for it. Let me know what they say if you do. > hi. i worked out tonight and i noticed that after i worked out that i > spotted a little bit. i have noticed that sometimes when i exercise > that i will bleed a little bit. does this ever happen to anyone else. > i am kind of concerned about. i was thinking about going to the > gynecologist about it. what does everyone think? thanks > tammy

Guest guest
Tammy - call your doctor today. Anytime that there is something 'different', I think it's best to discuss it with a doctor. If it's something silly - cool, then you won't be worrying about nothing any more. If it's something more serious, then you've caught it early. Why spend the next couple of weeks, wondering if there is something wrong, if you can go in - have it checked out and be on your way? Just my $0.02 Sherlyn workout hi. i worked out tonight and i noticed that after i worked out that i spotted a little bit. i have noticed that sometimes when i exercise that i will bleed a little bit. does this ever happen to anyone else. i am kind of concerned about. i was thinking about going to the gynecologist about it. what does everyone think? thanks tammy
