hi. i worked out tonight and i noticed that after i worked out that i

spotted a little bit. i have noticed that sometimes when i exercise

that i will bleed a little bit. does this ever happen to anyone else.

i am kind of concerned about. i was thinking about going to the

gynecologist about it. what does everyone think? thanks

I would go see the doc. better safe than sorry. I have my right ovary

hurting for 5 days now and it started after I started walking with my friend

...don't think it is because of the walking but I made an appointment.

It actually does happen to me once in awhile too. I don't know if

its normal but I figure it is just because our bodies are not very

use to the strain of exercising but if you feel better getting it

checked out go for it. Let me know what they say if you do.

It actually does happen to me once in awhile too. I don't know if

its normal but I figure it is just because our bodies are not very

use to the strain of exercising but if you feel better getting it

checked out go for it. Let me know what they say if you do.

Tammy - call your doctor today. Anytime that there is something

'different', I think it's best to discuss it with a doctor. If it's

something silly - cool, then you won't be worrying about nothing any more.

If it's something more serious, then you've caught it early. Why spend the

next couple of weeks, wondering if there is something wrong, if you can go

in - have it checked out and be on your way?

'different', I think it's best to discuss it with a doctor. If it's

something silly - cool, then you won't be worrying about nothing any more.

If it's something more serious, then you've caught it early. Why spend the

strenuous stuff like weights. like if i ride the exercise bike it

doesnt happen. i may have it checked out though. if i do i will let u
