I've been up...totally up...since 3:00 AM. I didn't get to sleepuntil sometime between 12 and 1 and catnapped a bit of the timebetween then and 3. My back was hurting and so I got the ice packs,took a pain pill and thought that somewhere along the way, I would beable to get back to sleep. Also, the hands and feet were raging. Itmust have been the strange weather we had in Southern FL yesterday. You may have read about the tornados that touched down in Palm Beachcounty....500 homes damaged. We had bad weather too but nothing thatstrong. More of the same is predicted for today.This morning I have to go get another FMS IV treatment and thenhopefully I can nap a bit this afternoon. I am nauseous and feelpunky so I hope maybe if I go out for breakfast on the way to myappt., I will feel a bit better. I forgot to get milk yesterday and Idon't like rye toast for breakfast and that's all I've got. I hope that all of you had a better night than I did and if not, goback to bed NOW.
