Guest guest
Okay, sorry about that last post which had the wrong quote in it. Here's the correct one: (the T1-C7) I have discussed the patient’s previous radiation therapy with his radiation oncologist at County Hospital who explained that he was treated to the mediastina with a 9 cm wide field from the T1-C7 interspace down to approximately the T10-T11 interspace which would have encompassed a portion of the right supraclavicular fossa. Therefore, the patient is not a good candidate for further radiation therapy because the area of the tumor is almost certainly at the margin of the previous radiation field and he previously received high-dose radiation which would preclude re-radiation. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Rennie - Student Member of AAMT 46/Texas/nulligravida Career Step Student www.careerstep.com Current Specialty: Studying Applied Medical Terminology - OB-GYN ~Find a job you love and you will never have to work again.~ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
