Guest guest
Almost all the recipes I have tried have been very popular. We especially like the Big Easy Shrimp (I added frozen okra), Chicken Mole, Cheesy Baked Artichokes, Oat Bran Smoothie, Wholesome Muffins, Glazed Veggies, and Ginger Veggies (I substitute diff veg whenever I make these). Cookbook recipe I just made the Chayote Squash salad recipe from the new cookbook. I used a red jalapeno instead of a serrano pepper. I also added 2 minced garlic cloves and a packet of Splenda. It was a big hit. in AtlantaReminder: The South Beach Diet is not low-carb. Nor is it low-fat.
