Welcome, Amy! So glad you decided to join us. I have around 100 more pounds to

lose myself. I have lost 22 pounds myself in the past 7 weeks on SBD. My DH

and I have been trying to get pregnant for around 3 years now, and are *hoping*

this weight loss will help us in our quest to become parents. (I have PCOS)

On a housekeeping note... if you reply to a digest, would you mind deleting the

original message when you reply? Otherwise, the entire digest is attached to

your email. If you have time to do this, that would be great!

Again, I welcome you! I think you will be very pleased with how wonderful SBD

is!!
