Guest guest
A couple of easy ones are Roman Meal Whole Wheat and Pepperidge Farm Nine Grain or German Dark. Finding some made with whole grain flour and not wheat flour or enriched or fortified flour has been my biggest stumbling block. At the health food store, I buy Ezekiel, which is sprouted grains not made with flour at all. - WW bread Thanks - is there any one which is better than another? ~~ in NJ~~ >>>> There are lots you can try. But, the one I got which is good is by Cobblestone Mill. 100% Whole Wheat with Whole Grains. Hearty Recipe. I am guessing this one is legal, because the first ingredient is whole grain wheat flour, and it has 3g of fiber/5g of protein in a serving. It is good!! Hopefully, we can have it. I have not had a full piece yet, because I am saving my starch for today for dinner (we are making fajitas with WW tortillas)! But, I tasted my DH's toast this morning. Hopefully, it is legal!
