Hey Joan...sorry for the delay in getting back to you...hope to get

everything in  onthis post...life has just plain ole been crazy round here!

Thanks appreciate the help- I got all excited when the dietition called again

but after we spoke still no info from her yet.

you gotta find whats " just right " for you.  what works for one might not work

for the other.

Then she needs more food -ate 3x this pre diet & always stayed at the 25th

percentile & she is starving.

Basically I think the lowest ratio that gives you seizrues control is what is

best.

She is seizure free now but when we wean the drugs that could all change.

I think generally they start the older kids on lower ratios and the smaller

kids on higher ratios...wellthats what my dietitian said she does.

Which center do you go to I will pass this info along to my dietition as she

wants to start Jen at a higher ratio. She has agreed to 3:5 which isn't too

bad but it is not what she usulally does.

I wonder about her liquids???   How much should she be drinking? i can't

figure that out.

I think you should add digestive enzymes to help her absorb what she is

getting...these made a HUGE difference in Bry.

How ? so I can tell my dietition. The dietition did not want to but I would

like to especially after reading Dettes post.

As far as protien I do agree that she is not getting enough.

That is what she is craving. I would acutually like to raise it way up like

double it. That would still be a decrease for her.

I was curious if you checked into a yeast issue for Jen??   or did I ask

this already??

The Dan dietition wanted to put her on cultures but we had once gone to a

holistic dentist who tested her saliva & said there wasn't much yeast. I had

allot though which didn't surprise me.
